President Trump has said that the Democrats are the \u201cparty of crime\u201d and that the \u201cmedia\u201d are the \u201cenemy of the People\u201d.\u00a0 Many take these statements to be hyperbole.\u00a0 They are not.\u00a0 The only \u201cerror\u201d is in the name \u201cDemocrat\u201d.\u00a0 There no longer is a \u201cD<\/strong>emocrat\u201d party, other than I<\/strong>n N<\/strong>ame O<\/strong>nly\u2026.\u201dDINOs\u201d.<\/p>\n

For those who have visited the website, H<\/strong>ome O<\/strong>f T<\/strong>he E<\/strong>agle, and have learned the true nature of \u201cgovernment\u201d you probably remember that \u201cDemocracy\u201d derives from the two Greek words, \u201cDemos\u201d, meaning \u201cPeople\u201d and \u201cKratein\u201d meaning \u201cto Rule\u201d (or “Kratos” meaning “Power), “the rule of the people”. This sounds like a good system, at first.\u00a0 The problem with it is that the “majority” is not constrained.\u00a0 In every “pure” democracy in history the majority has used its power to ride roughshod over the rights of the minority and, as James Madison – the “father” of the constitution – stated: “Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention, have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property<\/u> and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths”<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Knowing this, the founders gave us a Constitutional Republic<\/strong> in which the majority is constrained by the law and the rights of the minority were protected under the Constitution.\u00a0 They understood that “democracy” itself was not a stable form of government.\u00a0 Historically, it had been only a “transition” from a stable form of government, a republic, to an oligarchy of the elite.<\/p>\n

The founders of our nation defined the principles, upon which the government, of The United States of America, is based<\/u> in the Declaration of Independence<\/u>.\u00a0 Foremost amongst these principles, is that \u201call men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed\u201d<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

The expression of these principles and the rules of operation (the law) of our nation<\/strong> is The Constitution for the United States of America<\/u>.\u00a0 Within this are specific definitions of many of these Unalienable Rights, among them:<\/p>\n

\u201cCongress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof\u2026\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation\u2026\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNo person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury\u2026 nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Under Supreme Court case law: <\/strong>\u201cPresumed innocent until proven guilty\u201d<\/span>[ Coffin v. United States<\/em><\/a> (1895)]<\/p>\n

Under “High crimes and misdemeanors”(as the Founders<\/u> defined them):<\/strong> The overturning of direct elections (an impeachable offense<\/u> of the judiciary).<\/p>\n

In recent decades<\/u> the “democrat” party has:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Repeatedly ignored the extensive<\/u> writings and statements of the Founders that religion was an integral part of both the principles and values of the United States and that it was absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of our system of government!<\/u> Time after time democrat politicians have spearheaded the war on religion, through endless legislation and opinions from an (overdue impeachment) biased court system, to deliberately<\/u> interfere with \u201cthe free exercise\u201d of religion.<\/p>\n

The opinions of the Founders, and the basis for such opinions were clearly stated by the Founders.\u00a0 Ignoring this the democrats, and a democratically controlled court system, has deliberately engaged in a conspiracy to disarm the people in absolute knowing defiance of the Constitution<\/u>!<\/p>\n

\u201cThe right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects\u2026\u201d<\/span> is a specific directive to the government, yet elected<\/strong> Democrat officials, party leaders <\/strong>and party officials<\/strong> have deliberately and knowingly<\/u> encouraged violent measures against any person who disagrees with the official party line.\u00a0 These knowing actions have resulted in repeated instances of violence, violation of citizens civil rights and evil actions up to and including attempted murder<\/u> by individuals responding to the urging of such democrat party members!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elected democrat Senators <\/strong>have, knowingly conspired<\/u> <\/strong>to deny American citizen political opponents due process under the law – while conspiring with democrat Department of Justice and FBI officials to obstruct criminal <\/strong>investigations concerning members of their party; attempted to usurp Judicial Authority; obstructed <\/strong>both the process of judicial confirmation and the criminal legal system with the sole objective of corrupting the Supreme Court nomination process to gain \u201ccontrol\u201d of the Supreme Court.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

These are NOT the actions of an American party, or the actions of any party whose values and beliefs are, even vaguely, \u201cdemocratic\u201d.\u00a0 They are not the beliefs of a party that holds ANY principles and moral values in common with the Spirit that is America.<\/p>\n

There is only one type of belief system with which the actions, of \u00a0a such a CONSPIRACY OF EVIL individuals, are consistent \u2013 a STATIST government \u2013 specifically a Marxist\/Leninist COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT.\u00a0 In such a system an \u201cELITE\u201d OLIGARCHY of a few \u201cSUPERIOR\u201d people believe that they ARE the STATE and that all others exist ONLY FOR THE USE OF THE STATE!<\/p>\n

The \u201cmask\u201d behind which the, once, Democrat Party has hidden has finally come off.\u00a0 The rise of the American people has driven them into desperation.\u00a0 They no longer even attempt to pretend that they are interested in any type of \u201ccompromise\u201d.\u00a0 Their true principles \u2013 Government ownership of all means of production, the lack of any type of \u201cprivate\u201d property or individual \u201crights\u201d, denial of freedom of speech, threats, intimidation and violence are the new \u201cnorm\u201d.\u00a0 The value of any individual is A DIRECT RESULT OF THEIR IDENTITY AND \u201cANCESTRY\u201d ONLY and only \u201cthey\u201d define \u201cacceptable\u201d identity and ancestry.<\/p>\n

The sad part of this \u201cDevolution\u201d of the Democrat Party is that, at one time, the term \u201cliberal\u201d was not synonymous with “anti-American”.\u00a0 At one time the Democrat Party was the party of the anti-federalist, anti-big government movement.\u00a0 Sadly, as is described in Home Of The Eagle, through the process of Ideological Subversion<\/em>, the principles and values of that party have been replaced with the totalitarianism of Socialism.<\/p>\n

Knowing this we can understand why the democrat party has become the party of hate and destruction, why they don\u2019t care if America is damaged or destroyed.\u00a0 To them, we are anathema!\u00a0 By our very existence and success, we prove to the world that their \u201cworld view\u201d is not only tyrannically evil but destructive and, ultimately, doomed to failure.<\/p>\n

The \u201cdemocrat\u201d party has, undeniably become the party of crime<\/strong>.\u00a0 It has also, in conspiracy with;<\/u><\/strong> “leftists” in the Republican Party (RINO\/Never Trumpers)<\/strong> who would sacrifice this nation to keep their position and power, a complicit <\/strong>(Main) media<\/strong>, educators<\/strong> supporting “Commie Core”, Silicon Valley and Social Media Giants<\/u>, the racist anarchists of BLM<\/strong>, useful idiots in sports and entertainment<\/u>, “Commiewood<\/strong>” since the 1930s<\/u>, the violent, fascist, anarchists<\/u> of ANTIFA<\/strong>, several generations of “snowflake” students and the deep, treasonous, corruption<\/strong> at many<\/u> levels of the federal government, collectively, become the A<\/u>xis O<\/u>f E<\/u>vil and\u2026<\/strong> THE ENEMY OF THE NATION!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

In closing, we need to remember that not ALL Americans who do, or have, identified themselves as \u201cDemocrats\u201d are evil people.\u00a0 Many are as disgusted with the party as we are.\u00a0 All of us have been lied to, been fooled by someone we trusted or made mistakes.\u00a0 As Thomas Jefferson stated in his inaugural address in 1801, \u201cWe have called by different names brethren of the same principle\u201d<\/span>.\u00a0 With new knowledge can come new wisdom and new hope that we can work together to bring our nation and the Spirit that is America, once again, into the light.\u00a0 It will take a generation or more to excise the cancer that has infested our nation but, working together, we CAN do it but only if we start now, this election IS the most important in our lifetimes!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
